After several months of hard work of a group of international public procurement experts headed by IDFI, we presented Transparent Public Procurement Rating (TPPR), based on Methodology for Assessing Public Procurement Legislation and Practice in Eastern Partnership Countries. Tato Urjumelashvili and David Marghania, international public procurement experts from ToDoClub contributed to the creation of the methodology. We are proud to see Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova as the top 3 countries of this rating considering important role of ToDoClub experts in the creation of eProcurement systems in mentioned 3 countries.
